Site Requirements - Important |

Permits
All required permits are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Clearance
Area around the perimeter of the shed must be clear of obstacles (trees, fences, etc.) by 3 feet.
Land Grade
Shed site must be reasonably level with no protruding stumps, rocks, etc.
Access
Access to the shed site must be relatively free of obstructions such as shrubs, stairs, fences, gates, narrow walkways, etc.
Electricity
Electrical power must be provided by customer no more than 100 feet from shed site.
Weather Proofing
Buildings are sold unstained. It is the customers responsibility to stain, preserve or paint the shed within 60 days of installation and send photograph to STORAGE SOLUTIONS to activate warranty.
